Hello,
I need some help here please.
I am from India and my family comprises my wife and 2 young daughters.
I am the main applicant and our PR application was successful.
I entered Australia recently, the plan being once I have a job will get my family into Australia. My family is still in India.

There is an initial entry date criterion specified on the visa conditions:
if my family members don't enter the Australia by the specified date,
what are the options available?

Do we have to re-apply and start the whole process again? or is there any other process for this? Please note the main applicant i.e me has already entered the country.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
thanks
regards,
MB

Everyone has to enter Australia by that date not just the primary applicant or the visas will be invalidated. It is generally impossible to extend this date.

Thanks OzBound.
But in my case, my spouse is unable to leave India for now.
So if the visa is invalidated, can we re-apply?
thanks,
