Hi all. At present in discussions with a company in Oz.
It looks like there could be a possible sponsored work visa on the cards. Are there any drawbacks with this visa. I believe I would have to work for them for 2 years, not sure.
Would this visa cost me much money to obtain?
Any info would be great fully accepted.

Don't know mate as yet. Just had a few e mail discussions as to what I do as regards to my work. Why is there different work sponsored visas out there do you know ??

Sounds like it would be a 457 company sponsored? Do a search on the forum as the pro's and con's have been discussed quite a few times before.

From my experience too many companies abuse the 457 visa. If you don't know the company, don't come through on a 457. There are too many limitations and companies abuse it for the cheap labour
