Just a quick one. I stayed and worked in one country from May 2007 to May 2008, but in between I have some vacation for a total of 21 days that I had spent outside of this country. My question is, do I need to provide a Police Clearance for my Permanent Residency application?

Thanks.

Probably. The requirement is that you need to provide a PCC for every country in which you resided for a period of 12 months or more. Since you were on vacation for those 21 days with the intent to return to the country in which you were residing (i.e. you weren't residing in the other country(ies) during those 21 days) then you are considered to have maintained said residence while absent from that country.
