Hi guys,

I want to apply for skilled sponsored 489 visa. My sis lives in Victoria and will sponsor me. I have competed my MBA (Finance) and have been working as internal auditor for 5 years. But I have recently completed my masters therefore my experience wont be counted. My question is, can I claim points for education only without claiming points for experience???

If you have enough points (60) with education + age + language etc, then you don't have to claim points for experience. That's my guess.

Good luck.

Thank you very much Tihor

Even if I don't claim points for experience I'll have 60 points in total.

Can you or someother expert please confirm the same.... irrespective of claiming points for experience or not if we have 60 pts thats more than enough to be eligible for PR application. Is that true?
