Hi All,

I have been trying to find PNP related info on this forum, but unfortunately there isn't much. So creating a thread to discuss and share information regarding PNP.

Please post below your notes/experience/knowledge about PNP.. Preferably on the following lines:

1. Have you received a PNP ? If Yes, did you apply for it or it was directly from the state, without any effort from your part.

2. If you applied for PNP from a particular state, what was the state and what was the process. Do mention your profile, your NOC, IELTS score, your number of years of work ex., your CRS score.

3. If the invite was from the state, which state was that. What is your profile ? Your NOC, your number of years of work ex, your CRS score, your IELTS score.

4. What were the rules/t&c for the PNP, that you received. specifically any restrictions, how long you need to stay in the particular state to fulfill your PNP requirement ? What if you get a job offer from another state, can you transfer the PNP ?

5. If you have already moved to Canada under a PNP, how do they monitor that you are upholding the terms of the PNP. Or is it like Australia, where they expect you to stay in the state for 2 years, but they dont actually monitor it.

6. If you have already received your PR under the PNP, does you Visa specify the state you are supposed to live in ?

These information would hopefully help other also..

You need to do your homework.

CANADA DOES NOT HAVE STATES.

One does have to wonder why someone would seek to move to a country that they know so little about.
One does have to wonder, why people post on the forum, when they have nothing to add to the discussion..

It's quite easy to sit on your laptop and be sassy, quite a different task to actually help your fellow humans.

the idea of my post is to gather information to help everyone.. you can call the province as states, as emirates, as regions.. the point will remain the same..

Thank you for your contribution to this discussion..
