Hello !
Some one can give me advice about this situation : Last September , My husband got a job by one company and they register him full time. But just fews months they offer job for him then no job anymore . My husband find another job as self employer untill now . Many time, My husband request that company stop contact for him and give him P45 document but the Boss always said: let wait for asking his accountant but we wait and wait for nothing.
Now, my husband application tax year 2016-2017 ( child tax return, tax credit) and my husband need PayE of that company employer . We request that company but they always reject , or not answer phone.
So, we are confused and we do not know what happened why they did not want give him those information?
I want to know: what should we do now? we can claim to some office for help ? And now My husband need p45 ( p60) from old company because he need make new contact with other company offer job for him. What should he need to do with old company ? or He can make new contact with new company and do not need wait have P45 from old company? Thank you!
