Part 2 is to be signed by sponsor if they are on any financial evidence let's say a joint statement or bill. Part 3 is for a third party who is providing any sort of financial support like a relative or friend and you have stated them on the application. So if on your application its just you and your partner leave part 3

I haven't been asked to sign any of these 3 declaration? May I ask where did you download these forms?

The only form I was asked to sign is family declaration by partner.

Did I miss any forms?

Hello, you can see the delaclarion form after you paid the money, they will ask you to download the form and sign. You can log in your account in gov site again, it should come up

Hi,

Correct the three forms are provided for downloading at the same point as asking the same types of question on the online form itself. Part 3 has wrecked my head if I am a third party on form 2 then why am I not also a third party on form 3? Makes no sense think ill just include all forms as I am the partner providing financial piece of my husbands application...

I honestly didn’t see these three forms when I fill the online form. I have already submitted the application.

May I ask if there any link I could download these 3 forms?

Are these forms appeared in your document checklist? Because I haven’t seen these in my document check list. I use my partner’s pension incomes to meet finance requirement.

Thanks I will get my sponsor to sign both part 2 and 3. Just a quick question, when uploading my scanned documents , can I upload at different times? ). Or Im only allowed to upload all just in 1 go? Can I still be able to edit my docs even after uploading before my visa expired date ?

 

I believe the form requirements are actually different between SET(M) and FLR(M) applications. If you don't get the link after filling in the online form, you don't need it

I am on SET(M) application, only get the 'family_declaration' to sign. I understand that you are also on SET(M). May I ask if you get these 3 consent forms for you SET(M)? Have you upload these forms?

I saw someone in this form who didn't get these 3 forms, however download it from google and submit it just to be safe. I am thinking to do the same, do you think it's necessary?

Yes I applied for SET(M), I only had the family declaration signed as the other form(s) were not provided to me during the application (I checked everything thoroughly). We don't have third parties on our accounts anyway so parts 2 and 3 aren't even relevant

I don't have third parties either. But I checked my paper application form 2.5 years ago. It looks like the content in the part 2 is very similar to the old consent form(2017 version) which was needed to be signed by spouse (for joint bills etc.).

As I didn't see this consent hasn't been given at declaration section of the online form by submitting the application (it only says ' I am consent' , not partner). So I submitted this form together with part 3 with my partner signed.

I am honestly not sure what they really meant by 'third party'.

I just hope this won't cause any harm if this is not necessary.

We are only at flrm extension but did the same looking back at last application we completed all three so just gonna do the same won't hurt if not.needed I guess...
