Hi all,

Today I made a terrible mistake.

I am waiting for my student visa and my last date to enroll is August 4th.

I completed my health assessment (let's say under HAP ID A) and then applied for the student visa and mentioned HAP ID A there.

Status of my health assessment is different in visa application and health application.

From the beginning in Health application, it says "Health clearance provided – no action required"

In visa application, under 'view health assessment' it was showing as "Not yet determined" till today evening. (My agent told me it's not an issue as my health results already being sent to the DIBP.

As I checked today evening the status has been changed to "Examinations required"

This person is required to complete health examinations for this visa application. Click on the link below to organise these health examinations.
Organise health examinations.

And I never being contacted by a CO.

I was confused and panicked and I clicked on 'Organise health examinations'. And it asked me some Yes/No questions and I submitted and it generated a Referral letter with new HAP ID (HAP ID B):(:(

I don't know what to do. I'm lost at the moment. I don't know why it's showing examinations required as I already submitted my health results.:(

Having two hap ids for the same person will slow down the process? I am already on a tight schedule.

Please help me. I am hopeless right now! :(:(

I wouldn't worry too much, just wait until CO contacts you, then you can deal with it. Otherwise you can try calling if you can find the number.

As far as I know, the CO has no direct involvement in Medical clearances

There are specialists in the department whose only job is to analyse the medical reports submitted and decide if any further tests are required or not

So you being asked to do the tests again could be due to the non availability of your medical reports in the system to the medical team or that reports you submitted earlier were not acceptable to the department for some reason

Did you check what tests you have been asked to do ?

Is it the complete range of tests as earlier or some other specific tests ?

Cheers

Login here, https://www.emedical.immi.gov.au/eMedUI/eMedicalClient

Then Print the HAP ID A report that is also sent to DIBP.

Attach the pdf file in your Attach File application section.

Explain CO what happened and also mention your HAP ID A Medical Report details attached in attach files section.

Wait for CO to decide and hopefully CO will accept HAP ID A report. Else, you might have to get another medical done.

No, the same tests again (X-ray and General medical examination)
Do they just update the IMMI without even calling or e-mailing us?

Could be a system bug...but I want to make sure...:(

The confusing part is there is no problem with my 'Health Declaration' application - it says no actions required....

Problem is with the 'Health assessment' section under my Student visa - it says examinations required...

Medical referral letter with HAPID A already being attached. And It's mentioned in my Student visa application as well.

Do they refer to the all the HAP IDs that has assigned/created under my name or the HAPID which I/Medical center provided?

I didn't receive a phone call nor an email from my CO regarding retaking medicals.

this is my health declaration form

This is in my visa application
- If i click ''Organise health examinations' I can see the new HAP ID

If I really need to do examinations again shouldn't both places have to be updated?:(

No. My Health Declaration and your Student Visa section is different.

You can submit My Health Declarations 5 x and can do the medical 5 x and can only use 1 of the report. Only thing that connects My Health Declaration and your Student Visa is the HAP ID. If you already mentioned and attached the report (not necessarily the initial blank Referral Letter but Referral Letter with medical info already cleared shown if you log in to eMedical Client) then it may most likely be fine.
