You should really seek legal advice!

My first question would be why did he fire you or did he make you redundant?
What were the terms of your contract for notice?
How long had you worked there?
Why is he withholding salary?

It might also be worth calling the Ministry of Labour on +971 800 665

There are many reason he doesnt want to give salary in time. Not his business running. And secondly I worked just 2 months my contract is for two years. He is not giving salary for this month because he want to deduct visa expenses. He said he will change my sponsor but how it is possible. In contrct my salary 4000 written.
Please guide me how I will find job is it possible or not and how ban remove
He mentioned that sponsor type 3 what is this ?

Hi,
Contact Ministry of Labour.
From your last post it seems that your employer is breaking UAE labour law in a number of ways.
They will let you know what the correct way forward is - rather than speculation on an Internet forum.
Best of luck
Steve
