Hi All,

I started my online application on 7 feb (before the MODL has been revoked), but didn't completed it as I needed child passport to complete the application. I saved the progress all the way through.

I am using following link to continue the application and it allows me to resume my application which I started on 7 feb.

https://www.ecom.immi.gov.au/visas/app/uu/cs

I now have a question that as I started this application on 7 feb and it is still continue-able using saved application ID, do I fall in the category of those who are affected by the changes occurred on 8th of feb ?

Please clarify this for me. I shall be very thankful.

Yes, you are affected. If you are depending on MODL points they no longer exist so first thing is to check if you still have enough points to continue your application. If you do not then you need to find a way to get additional points (i.e. IELTS test, State Sponsorship, Native Language).
