Hi there!

I am a Brazilian with high education profile (a BSc and a post-graduate in Brazil), currently I am studying a MSc degree with the University of Liverpool Online, which gave me a PGCert and within one year will provide me a Masters Degree (it everything goes fine).

I am a Senior Tech IT professional and very soon will have a MSc in the UK.

I know it is difficult to find a company to sponsor a 2 or 3 year work visa.

My question is, how difficult would be for a professional with my profile to settle down in the UK?

A student visa for a PHD program with work permit would be an option?
or a investor visa for investing in a local business?

English wouldn't be a problem since I have a degree from the UK and even if requested IELTS would be easy.

While UK has record employment, it will still be difficult for you as you need sponsorship. While your qualifications look good, employer puts equal if not more emphasis on work record as working professional. You can study for PhD in UK, but costs are high and there is no guarantee of a job.
