Hi Experts/Friends,

Please help...
I am having 10 year of total experience and got my Skills assessed by ACS. They resulted 7.5 years as my actual relevant experience as of Mar2017.
Got 10 Points for PTE as well last month.

Now, I am having 70 points for 189 but have below questions:
1) I need to show 8 years of experience to get all 70 points, so can I use my company payslips for last 6 months from Apr2017 to Sep2017 + ACS assesses confirmation letter ?

2) As I mentioned, I will be completing 8 years in Sep2017 as per the aCS assessment. Can I file the EOI now saying 8 years and submit my proofs when I actually file for Visa(by including all 6 months of payslips + ACS assessed letter)

3) Do I need to take care of anything else before submitting my EOI. Please help.

Any help is much appreciated

Regards

Thanks a lot Techiesuf & Newbinze ,

So, I can file the EOI now considering below points. And as I read somewhere , we don't need to provide any documentation for EOI.

1) I will mention 7.10 years of relevant experience as of date and keep TO date blank. So that system will automatically update my points after Sep2017.
2) Also make sure to mention my non relevant experience as well ( So in total 10.5).
3) So for now , my points will show 65 but in Sep it will be increased to 70 automatically.

My company, Designation & Location are same but can you please tell me what is RNR?

I have not seen the EOI form yet , so not sure if there is any question which need some prior homework. If you can guide me here.

Many Thanks

Thanks for the details.

Can you please answer my below queries while filling the EOI:

1) Skilled - Independent (Subclass 189) (Points-Tested Stream)
Skilled - Nominated (Subclass 190) (Permanent)
Can I select both these options as I am selecting NSW as state/territory and I am ok to stay there.

2) Would the client be accompanied by the client's partner in a future application?*
Yes No
Is this just for accompanying my family(Spouse) with me OR Is this related to Partner'c claiming for points?

3) Would the client be prepared to live outside an Australian capital city?*
Yes No
What to say in this. I Put YES for now.

4) And Important one -
As you suggested in earlier reply, to add all the experience including non relevant too.
I have added around 2.5 years of experience, where I put Related Experience as NO. Is that ok.
Do they count the experience as Month wise or Date wise?
For example - Can you please tell how much below make - by when I claim for my 8 years exp points?
01/06/2009 to 05/05/2010
09/08/2010 to till Date

QUOTE from ACS report -
"The following employment after May 2009 is considered to equate to work at an appropriately skilled
level and relevant to 261313 (Software Engineer) of the ANZSCO Code."

Ques - It means, I need to add my experience upto 31/05/2009 as Related Experience as 'NO' .

Please reply soon , thanks for your help in adv.

Thanks for the information.

I got to know there is some issue on EOI login site but seems it is some system error.

I am planning to submit my EOI on 3rd or 4th Sep, once the site is up again and my points will be upgraded to 70 ( Hope so :) ).

Can you please tell me , once am done with submission what all certificates I need like
- Medical certificate : Is there any particular format for this.
- PCC : Seems Police verification - Is there any format for this ? Also as I am currently in UK so Do I need 2 PCc (1 for UK and 1 for India).

Any other formalities/documents which I need to complete/certified , Please guide.

Cheers,

Hi Newbeinz,

Thanks for your help, I got the invite and now not sure about the further process.
Not sure, I have not received any email about further process. Can you please tell me what all documents we need to submit.
Or you can direct me to already existing thread which may cover this information.

cheers,
Vimal
