It will be in the range of 1000 to 1500 AUD / Month ,depends your expectations, You can check gumtree.com.au / perth.

BTW what is your profession , when are you planning to move to Perth

I've not heard of BHK here so I don't think it's a standard term here.

Terms I'd not heard of here....
BIR - built in robes (wardrobes)
Garage UMR - under main roof
