Recently I got NSW invitation(Visa 190 - as an offshore candidate - India) and was in the process of applying for the same. While applying the PCC, I have the below queries in this regard.

1. What should be the purpose of PCC, below options -
a. Citizenship/nationality application
b. Education/Research
c. employment/work permit
d. immigration purpose other than citizenship
e. long term visa/stay
f. Residence permit
g. tourist visa
h. others

2. Do I need a separate PCC for my spouse(secondary application) as well? and under which purpose category?
