I also require a PCC from kuwat as iwas in kuwait for couple of years. How did you mange to get the PCC from Kuwait.

I am an Indian who works in Dubai and during the period 01.02.2000 to 01.08.2003 worked in Kuwait and then Moved to dubai from then.
as per the immigration laws I need to get a PCC from Kuwait,Dubai and India.. The process to get PCC from Dubai and India is only 4 days.
However when I applied at the kuwaiti Embassy in Dubai I was informed by the official that the PCC from Kuwait would take 3 months.. Is there a quicker way to get the PCC or I have no choice.... please suggest who ever has been in a similar situation.
