Hi All,

I have received an Invite from NSW on basis of an EOI where I have mentioned my marital status as Married. However our relationship has hit the rock and is breaking and I wish to separate from my husband. Now, I have reached the final stages of getting my PR where I will have to submit PCC and Medicals. I want to know, will I have to submit his PCC and Medicals too? I am the primary applicant and the invite was received on the basis of my points alone. Do I still need his PCC and Medicals? I think he will not cooperate for the same anymore. Please suggest what can be done in such a case.

Thanks :(

Hi,

If you have already applied for visa, you can notify DIBP using 'Change of Circumstances' form to notify them about the situation. That's the best way to contact them and not requiring to submit spouse's medical test results.
