I have been living in abudhabi and currently in saudi arabia. I have submitted my eoi for 189 with 60 points. In this regard please clarify that is it mandatory to have a pcc from abudhabi or can i obtain it from dubai as well for immigration purpose.

I believe you can obtain it online through whichever emirate (moi site). But it is required to have an emirates if to use this service. In the absence of that, contact moi via there online chat
