My husband got pay rise so when we apply they will take the lowest pay during the six months ,my question is will calculate the overtime on the base of the previous pay which means the lowest pay ?or the new one

I had the same thing, a pay rise halfway through the 6 months, as well as overtime. I did the calculation as above, and submitted, and was approved. You can consider it as 'non salaried' even though it is partly salaried and ignore the rise in salary - just make sure you submit all the applicable employment contracts.

edit: by the way my salary before 'pay rise' was below the financial requirement, so I know for sure that it's not an issue doing this.

Normal way to work out annual income is to treat the salaried income and extras like bonuses separately. So under Cat A, you take the lowest salaried amount as basis for calculation, and then take an average of extras over 6 months and add to the salaried amount.

so my calculation will be as the followings

Months Full time job Overtime
December 1208.33 41.82+ 74.05 as bonus
January 1208.33 17.43
February 1208.33 104.55
March 1208.33 27.88
April 1208.33 24.40
May 1282.45 32.45

For second part time job he got 5200 gross annual
I did my calculation as followings
41.82+74.05+17.43+104.55+27.88+24.40+32.45 =322.58 /6 * 12 = 645.16
645.16 +14499.96= 15145.12 +5200= 20345.12
