I'me finalizing my documents list and I've got a couple questions for my U.K. Spouse Visa.

1. I know I need to provide 2 passport photos as the applicant. Does my husband (sponsor) need to provide passport photos as well?

2. From what I've read the SU07 form is not required for the spouse visa. But I've read that some people do include it anyway. Since it's a simple form I'm going to include it. But I don't understand who is supposed to sign the 2nd page that says certificate and for official use only. Do I just leave it blank? Or am I supposed to get it certified by someone?

Any part that says for official use only, you leave blank. I also submitted the SU07 form with my first spouse visa application in 2015, although it wasn't really necessary. It's better to be safe than sorry.
