Hi,

Im submitting a fiance visa, for the passport evidence is a normal photocopy suitable or does it have to be a certified copy?

Thanks,

What is the best was to file/bind the documents? Is an Lever Ache File ok, in plastic pockets? or is there another suitable way to prepare them?

None of that. Just make a pile in a logical order like all financial together, all accommodation together and all relationship together and tie the stack with string or ribbon. Make a set of copies in the identical order and bind them the same way. You should keep a set of copies for yourself as well.

You should mount photos onto A4 paper and make notations under them for what they represent.

Small items, such as passports and passport photos, can be placed in a small Ziploc bag.

zara...I put my photos, passports and passport size photos in one plastic ziploc bag. I never thought to mount the photos, although that might be a good idea!
