I have two doubts, please let me know if somebody knows about it.
1. Is the marriage certificate enough as an evidence of partnership or we should provide more than that?*
2. Regarding medical tests, i have daughter 3 years old and a pregnant wife. What tests should i do for all of us? Does the child require any kind of tests?

1. Heck no. Being married doesn't prove anything. Even having kids doesn't prove your relationship is stable. You need to provide evidence of a long term stable relationship and living together sharing your lives over the whole period it has been going on. You will need to provide any evidence possible.
2. You will all need an immigration medical from an approved GP that can do them. Probably only yourself that will also need the x-rays. Your wife can't have them as she is pregnant and they generally don't ask that children have them until they are older....although I'm unsure from what age.
