Both are present in MTSSL. So yes it is favourable.

Please note below requirements:

1.) Your partner should be less than 50 years of age.
2.)Have positive skill assessment from required authority. In your case ACS for your partner. ACS deducts minimum 2 years of experience for positive assessment. So your partner should have working experience
3.) Have competent English skills. Either IELTS 6 in each band or PTE 50 in each and so on
4.) Both of your occupation should be in same list. Which you have
