Being transferred to Leeds for work with husband an 5 year old. What should I expect and where do I begin looking to live? I have so many questions. If anyone has experienced this and feels like helping me I would be so appreciative!!

First of all, check the Living in the UK page of the US consulate website here: Living in the UK | Embassy of the United States London, UK There is a booklet you can download on Living in the UK that should be of help.
They have another page on Education and Organizations in the UK: Education and Organizations | Embassy of the United States London, UK where you can download information on schools and organizations. While many expat groups are located in London, most have members in other areas in the UK. Some of the expat groups even publish guides to living in the UK.
