Hi Seniors,

As job markets are saturating and 1st-job is tough to crack.

What are the good options for a non-IT newbie PR-holder who does not wants to get into a job ?

Is it a good idea to straight get into a venture like cafe, motel, etc. without any expertise OR better to gain some experience before jumping into entrepreneurship..

Or, would the idle situation be to start something small (like a tiny cafe) which does not requires much local expertise ?
Say, with a small investment in the range of 100-200k what is the best way to start-up in Oz for non-IT ?

Which is the best place to look up for guidance ?

Seniors, please give your inputs, comments and thoughts.

Thanks for your time.

Cafe is very specialized business where lots of local experience is required. Most of the cafe owners actually worked in cafe or in local hospitality industry sometime During their career. There is no shortage of cafe in any part of oz so you need to have unique idea to make it work.

If you want to setup cafe where you want good volume then those places dont come cheap. Expect bare minimum investment of 250k and then you have fight it out with already established cafes. Best of luck :)
