Can anyone guide me to an online sort of "test" that will tell me what visa route me and my fiance are eligible for? For example the Canadaian goverment site you go throught a series of questions and then they advise you your best route at the end.

Not sure such a thing exists - at least not on a government website - for the US. You'd do better checking the "stickies" at the top of the forum, particularly this one: http://www.expatforum.com/expats/am...ica/30374-looking-live-america-will-help.html

a 'sticky' is a discussion thread which we 'stick' in place so that it doesn't get lost - usually they contain important info, or answer frequently asked questions



when you click on the America main page you'll see the stickies above the other discussion threads
