hi,

would anybody know if it's okay if i didn't get my email declaration yet? i applied together with my colleague and he received an email declaration, 3days after. however, i still didn't receive mine. the next day (after applying online), i sent my documents even without waiting for the email.

but upon checking my status, it is 'In Process'

would anybody know if this is ok? or should i be worried because i didn't get an acknowledgement for my online application?

May be some how your email is missing for your mail server problem, I was facing same problem. And all other is ok.

did you receive the email later on? do you think i should call them? ask them why i didn't get an email? or just let it be since my status is In Process?

Did you check your Junk /Spam mail folder? Normally for online applications, the email is auto generated. So online application should receive the email confirmation with in 1 hour time.

yep, i received the email confirmation. but not the email declaration, which the applicant usually receives after 3working days. however, i didn't get mine.

though my status is 'in process' im still worried :confused2:
