is there any general air line policy regarding the tickets for toddlers? Can we adjust two toddlers on one ticket/seat or should we get two tickets for two toddlers?

What are the ages of toddlers?
Generally you need to book 2 tickets, better to contact the airlines.
As of my knowledge if the kid is less than two years airlines will not allocate seat but you need to pay minimum charges, you need request for "Bassinet seat" if available. If the kid is above two years old they will charge for child and allot a seat.
