Hello,

I am getting all the supporting documents together for my spouse visa.
In regards to the bank statements, my husband has got the bank statements that he receives from the bank (nation wide) on the post. They look official to me (they have the nationwide logo, etc.)

Would it be ok if i submit those bank statements how they are now? or he still needs to go to the bank and have them signed and stamped or get a letter from the bank?

Please advice. I'd really appreciate it. Thank you in advance :)

Thank you Likkleyute !

Does anyone know what's the best option?

1.- Have the bank write a letter confirming the authenticity of the bank statements? or
2.- Have the bank sign every page of the bank statements?

Please let me know. Thank you all.

As you have original statement on Nationwide Building Society's stationery, you don't need to get it certified or authenticated or stamped.

Hello Joppa and Viri,

Sorry to jump in, but i have the same questions viri asked.

My husband doesn't have the bank statements on the banks official stationary, but he will print them off the internet or if he can he will ask the bank officer to print them out for him.

Please help me answering viri's questions:

Thank you loads.

The bank statement you receive monthly with the logo is official but you can also ask the bank to stamp it if you're in doubt... Bank will stamp of which shows "certified true copy" and they'll sign it too

Yes, 1 or 2 is required.
