Hello everyone,

Hope every one is doing fine. URGENT EXPERT ADVICE NEEDED

My husband got positive skilled assessment result as Financial Investment Adviser.

As this occupation is currently not in priority list (Stream 1) but it is in "Stream 2" which means very highly ranking candidates in CSOL occupations" I think it is now STSOL

My husband’s IELTS is 7 in each

He’s making a subtotal of 70 points (including 5 points of state sponsorship)

Queries:
1- Can he get state sponsorship with the above mentioned IELTS result?
2- Is NSW still sending invitation for occupations which are not in demand?
3- If the state sponsorship is rejected then after how many months can we re-apply?

Expert advice needed and thanks in advance.

I cannot comment on your first question.

For the second question, NSW invited some off-list occupations in May this year, and some in Feb last year.

For the 3rd question, NSW nomination is by invitation, you cannot apply before getting invited.
It is very rare that people are rejected after getting invited by NSW.
