I have submitted my EOI on 7th june for Nsw with 55 points.
Age 30
Experience 10
Education 15
English IELTS writing stuck at 6.5

Well as far as i know the last invitation round was around 65 points, +5 state points.
So best of luck to all having close to the 65 mark.

55 points won't get you NSW 190. Nothing below pro rata points at all which is 65 as you said.

Try other state or try PTE-A. Writing is easier there than IELTS.

Act is limited. Like no of invites are. Around 650 in last year 16-17 " Referred to My Profession related Invitations"

Nsw I a hotcake and points needed are 65.

Victoria Requires IELTS with 7 in Each Module for ICT Occupations and mine is "Analyst Programmer "

Can anyone share the experience who applyed for ACT" Canberra"

I can tell you you have better chance in 189 than NSW 190 as NSW won't even look anything less than 65+5 and they want Superior English.

You need more points or try ACT.
