I'm unmarried partner to non-eu who is overstayer, we submited application on eea2 we have been invited for interview now, but my i'm afraid my partner might get detain

Yes, possible and then removed. But if you have been living together for 2 years (in UK or elsewhere), and you are a qualified person (exercising treaty rights here), then there is no reason to detain or remove your partner, unless they doubt your relationship is genuine. Make sure you take supporting evidence of cohabitation (e.g. joint tenancy), your qualified status (e.g. payslips) and evidence of a genuine relationship.

Thanks so much Joppa, we've been in relationship for more than 2 yrs with relevants cohabitation but my concern is that my partner doesn't understand english as such i don't know if its going to have effect for our interview. Thanks

You may be allowed to translate for your partner, or they may do it by phone.

Then tell them they need an interpreter, or they may contact one by phone.
