non-csl and non-modl, how much more suffering?

GUYS,
This has been more than two years waiting now...Medical and PCC are expired... DIAC will anounce new changes to CSL and MODL in coming months... Well, can anybody speculate on how much more time it would take to finalise our processing....
Well guys... now I am planning to go for Denmark green card visa...? I had gone thru their official website...There are very litle forums on this ...can anybody suggest me ?

Come on dear, Everybody knows.. I had a CO but now no CO....He says ur way down on the priority listing...My file is on Relative sponsores base.... Class UZ subclass 496

very very sad :(:(:( to hear about u...i m also in the process of lauching the application...m also in the non CSL & non MODL list:confused::confused:..dont know what to expect...i was initially thinking of max 2 years timelines for me....but after hearing ur case...i m very depressed...

hey virtual_bajwa...did u tried the state sponsored route..as it wll get preference??...i also saw the denmark green card visa scheme...i m not qualifying for it:(:(

I am also sailing in similar boat.....i have applied in jun 09, 176 Relative Sponsorship...dunno how much time it will take....as i am in non-CLS / Non-MODL......

i m in IT(business analyst) profile...i have just applied for ACS...wll file VISA around Oct-Nov 09(hopefully:(:() after ACS result...

YEs Mohit, But to ur file it's only 3 months...look at my time line more than two years and no hope for visa as yet...

Yes matey, none of them was asked by Case officer but I front loaded them without C.O. asked me to do so...Now both of them are expired...
