What the heck?!

I just got my Spouse visa and it says.."No recourse to public funds". Fine but if I'm paying into bloody NHS am i entitled to use it or not?!

Thanks in advance for any insight...

Ok, then what is considered public funds?...My husband is scratching his head at that since his impression has always been that NHS is a public fund. :)

any how the following benefits and forms of support count as public funds:

Carers allowance
Child benefit
Child tax credit
Council tax benefit
Council tax reduction
Disability living allowance
working tax credit..
