Interesting. For anyone else reading these judgments and thinking they may apply in your case, these are legal judgments on specific cases presented to the Tier 2 appeal. Don't assume you can benefit from them without consulting an immigration lawyer and never enter an appeal to Tier 2 without legal representation. Both appellants were represented.

For those legally minded, they do give an interesting insight into how an appeal judge looks at a case and comes to a decision. Remember that they may just as likely to uphold UKBA as the immigrant.
