Hi Gurus,

I am about to start the process.
My query is, I was in canada on student visa for a year but I did not complete the studies there
I came back to India before my visa expired
So should I get a police clearance from there.
Is there any thing else I have to show to Aus PR team.
Please advise

If you are over the age of 16 and have lived in THAT Country for a total of one year or more in the last 10 years, you must get a police certificate from that country.

REF: How do I obtain a police certificate?

For time spent in any country, it doesn't matter the reason you were there or whether you completed visa conditions, etc. As long as you have spent at least 12 months there within the past 10 years while over the age of 16, you need to get a police check. For Canada, this is the RCMP criminal check.
