I heard, Immigration rules are going to be changed from Jul. 2012.

Is it true?

and if it is true can anybody tell what will be changed?

are they going to increase IELTS score requirement ?

I know, it is quite difficult to answer but I need some rough Idea.

Yes, the rules will be changing in July 2012. If you visit the immigration website, there is already some information published about the new system: Skill Select

check the link provided by Maz which will give you full details, the website is v good at explaining the new system.

But to make it short, if you are qualified right now, do not wait and apply asap as the new system will be very difficult.
