HI All,

This forum has been quite helpful in addressing many queries that i had. THANKS to Everyone contributing.

I have received my ACS + outcome yesterday. I am done with my IELTS. Now i plan to file my GSM 175 application online.

Need your inputs on this.

I understand the below is the list of docs to be submitted. Pls let me know if iam missing any

> Completed form 1276
> Completed form 80 (by* Self and Spouse, applicable for above 16)
> *Birth Certificate of all applicants and/ or Secondary school leaving certificate
> 2 recent color passport photos (Normal Size) of primary applicant and dependents namely spouse, children* with name and Birth date on the *****back
> *Passport copies of all applicants (all pages that are not blank) valid passport.
> *Education documents (from secondary education onwards )
> *English evidence (IELTS)
> *Evidence of English ability of dependents over 18 or degree in English medium/10th plus 12th in English/ or tuition fee AUD4110 (before grant of visa)
> Valid Skills assessment Report.
> Employement letters (Offer+relieving letters)

I have few queries here.

> I went through the forums and found that many of the applicants are using Form 1221 and Form 80.

1276 app for gsm
1221 additional personal particuar detls
80 Personal particulars for character assessment

Can someone explain what is the difference between each of these 3 forms 1221/1276/80 and when to use them?

> So i understand firstly i need to fill the online application and once i submit i would be recvng a Transaction reference number using which i need to upload these docs. Pls correct me if wrong.

> My IELTS score cards displays 8.5/8.5/7.5/7.5 and overall band as 8. So does it mean i qualify for Superior/Proficient level ?

Any inputs wud be helpful ...

Thanks in advance.

Cheers,
krishi

Let me try and answer two of your questions.

- i received my TRN only once made the payment of the fees. I believe only after you get the TRN would/should you be able to submit the documents. Till then you can save them.

- Superior would require an 8 in all. The overall score is not accounted for. You should be an 8 in each of the 4 areas. Your score would qualify you as proficient (10 points).

Your list of documents covers them all. I have utilized services of migration agents. I was asked by the agents for six months payslips and Employer reference letters. They said these documents are 'good to have'.

I do not think they would need the payslips from your first company. What I meant was the latest 6 months of payslips from your current company. As for the all the work experiences, it is recommended to produce reference letter clearly stating your position, responsibilities and hours of work per week, preferably by your supervisor/manager or HR manager, in addition to your offer and relieving letters.
