All my educational certificates, job letters have my name XYZ SINGH.

But in my passport made in 2013, I got my Surname Added.

Now I am about to lodge my 189 Visa Application and I want to know,
how to deal with this surname issue.

You can get a lawyer to get a deed of change of name done, stating the date which you have renounced your old/adopted your new names.
