What are the chances of getting positive assessment from Engineer Australia in Electrical Engineering with 5 years exp.

Isn't your experience in "technical sales" related to Marketing field instead of Engineering field ? (which relates to production instead of sales)

But I dont think Marketing appears in SOL. In my case although I fall under the sales department, the role involves 2 major technical and engineering responsibilities.
- Part of Busduct product group which involves complete design of Busduct routing, drawing preparation, approvals and BOQ generation for the factory once order has been booked.
- Complete design of APFC panels as per client's requirement.
