Naric assessment

Hello good morning every one,been getting a lot from this forum i appreciate.Just have a question on Naric assessemt

which one is acceptable the English Assement on Naric site which cost about 55 pound or the visa and nationality which naric said is for immigration purposes which cost over 125 pound.
from my assessent it seems the two are the same so can i do the English and assessement which naric claim is for( work and study) will it be acceptable since it is cheap and there is no difference between it and the visa and nationaliy

please want your sincere opinion will be well appreciated

seem this guys just want to mop up ones extra cash
