Hi People,
I am applying for visa 175 as the main applicant and my, age, experience, education and ielts scores total up to more than 65(the required limit).

Now, My wife is applying as my dependent
and her scores for IETLS have come as " L- 6, R-5, W- 6.5, S - 6"

Are they good enough or do i have pay the second installment for my wife?

Please let us know.

thanks

Yes, they are good enough - she only needs 4,5 in each band.

Yep. 2nd installment is not required. Overall 4.5 is required.

This means if your dependent scores 4.5 overall then main applicant fee is enough?

Can I have a link where this information is available on DIAC or some other website please?

ok thanks.

I have a question, that if I get married after I get visa. How will my partner be able to move to Aus? We need to file another visa app and pay separate fee? or my visa will be enough for my partner to move in?

I can't find this info on the link provided. Is it available somewhere else?

You cannot change the applicants in the visa once it is granted.

You will have to apply for a new spouse visa.

Your visa does not automatically make your spouse eligible unless you have added him/her in the application.

Partner Visa: Offshore Temporary and Permanent (Subclasses 309 and 100)

Who is this visa for?

This visa is for you if you want to enter Australia on the basis of your relationship with your partner. Your partner must be one of the following:

an Australian citizen
an Australian permanent resident -----> this means having 175 or 176 right?
an eligible New Zealand citizen.
