I am very worried because my uncle's friend want to sponsor as a store manager but store manager occupation is not mentioned in csol list. Can I get this visa or not. It is necessary that occupation must be in csol list if not in csol then what I have to do ?

just check with sol list to know whether your job code is there and if your points meet the minimum threshold points, go for lodging 189 visa. Check with your points scores individually based on age, education, experience, ielts etc and check whether you are getting 60 points are not. 60 is the minimum points you must get for lodging EOI and getting visa.
