Hello,

I am just packaging up everything for my wife's spouse visa and I'd like to see if I have perhaps overlooked something/forgotten an item:

Printed Application
Printed and signed Appendix 2

Applicant's introduction letter
Passport
Previous passports
2 passport size photographs
English language certificate
Translated marriage certificate

Sponsor's letter
Certified passport colour photocopy
Previous passport (which shows all travel stamps when I visited my wife)
Letter from main employer
Last six months payslips
Employment contract
Letter from second employer
Last six months payslips
Last six months bank statements
Covering letter explaining finance

Mother's letter giving permission for us to live in her house
Certified copies of parents' passports
Land registry document
Mortgage agreement original
Annual council tax bill 2013
Annual mortgage statement
Original council voter registration form showing who is on elecvtoral roll at the house

40 + photos of us together/with family/on holiday/wedding
Western union receipt
UPS package shipment confirmations to my wife
Print outs of all email flight confirmations (visiting her and holidays together)
Phonebills with her number highlighted

Anything missing?

Thank you!

You have two jobs, are you applying under category A?

Someone else will hopefully reply about your documents.

The reason I ask is because people usually apply under category B And provide 12 months worth of payslips to be on the safe side.

I am interested how it goes with Cat B please come back and update us with the process

Yes, I told Joppa I will post on here and let you know how two jobs works out under Cat A. Shouldn't be a problem as both jobs have been over six months.

Ok thanks, when I realised you can apply under cat a I was over the moon it means I don't need to work a whole year and my husband will be in the UK ;)

I am not submitting a P60 'cause the six month timeline is wholly within this tax year.

Plus, since I have only worked the second job for just over 6 months, a P60 will only confuse things.

you need your last 2 p60,and your wife she needs her TB certificat, and you need to print from ukba the sponsorship undertaking, and am not sure if you need also your birth certificat, ask about it.
Sponsorship form is not normally required depending on the country applying from. Birth certificate for UK citzen is not needed. Passport is enough

DO you need to have a TB test if you are foreigner but have been living in the US?
