Hi All,

I am going to apply application for the PR.Before going to submit my EOI,I want to ask you about my medical concern. I have a muscular problem, Muscular dystrophy.
I don't know how would the visa officer treat me?What are the outcomes of the medical examination, conducted by the panel physician?
Anybody here could give me suggestion?
What do you think I should hire a registered consultant for filing my case,my case i think, not really much stronger due to my health condition.
I almost could do all my works. But climbing up stairs , rising up from chair is a big deal for me.
I really worried and confused, help me guys..

I see you're also now inquiring about a U.S. immigrant visa in a separate thread. Muscular dystrophy (on its own) does not preclude you from obtaining a U.S. immigrant visa. Disqualifying medical conditions include having certain communicable diseases, lacking required vaccinations, having a physical or mental disorder that causes you to engage in behavior that might be harmful to yourself or to others, or a history of drug abuse or addiction.
