Hello again,
I,ve posted before about our move to Spain.

An update. ALL DONE, contract in place, property sold in the uk.

I read an awful lot of negative comments in the post's, but I have to say that I have found the process very easy, the reason, a good abagato, all the normal probs, such as non payment of bills etc have been addressed, they insisted that they retain 10% of the purchase price for 3 months after the sale, should any bills come up. That is my safety net.

My Abagado also has an accountant, already saved me quite a bit.

My whole point, do not cut corners, get the right advice, which incidentally will cost a fraction of a UK solicitor, and you can relax and enjoy the sunshine.

Good luck to everyone making the move;)
