My wife and i are hoping to relocate to France and am particulalry interested in purchasing a bar cafe, with accomodation.

Please could anybody give us some advice regarding the financing of this venture as we are finding information very hard to come by.

We would be looking for a commercial mortgage i guess as we are going to operate the business.

We have seen a place we like in Villac near Terrasson and am keen for things to progress.

Best bet would perhaps be major banks like HSBC or barclays, they both offer foreign mortgages
