My wife is currently on FLR(M) since Feb '16. We are moving house on Friday, and I had this link https://www.gov.uk/change-circumstances-visa-brp/youre-in-the-uk-and-have-a-brp saved for changing the address when moved. I have read now more in depth and realsied this is for Tier 1,2,4 and 5 which are all working or student Visas.

I did a google search and found a few people saying that when we move we don't need to declare the new address, as when we come to extend her Visa, as long as we have the proof she stayed at the same address as me, it doesn't matter. Changing address with everything else with her name on it is good enough.

Could I get clarification, that would be great. :)

Filling out the form, we have been stumped on a couple not knowing what to put. It asks what tier the Visa is for, but she is on an FLR (M)? Do we leave it blank, or put something else? I don't believe the FLR(M) fits into any of these tiers?

Also, it asks PBS reference number, Application Number and Representative Number (if known) Do we leave these blank as she's not on a Points Based System, and the application is complete?
