Family -- you don't mention any suitable connection here.

Employment -- you don't mention skills that would give you a realistic chance.

$$$ -- a realistic opening bid is $250k and up....cash complete with some entrepreneurial spirit. $500k and up is needed for a decent visa, though.

Diversity visa -- if you, your spouse or your parents were born anywhere in the UK but Northern Ireland, you do not qualify.
