I'm looking to apply for a Civil Partnership visa soon.

I received my mortgage statement today. There were three times where I was late with payment but paid soon after the payment was due (I'm self-employed and cashflow and monthly outgoings don't always mix terribly well). I have no arrears due.

Will these late payments affect the visa application at all?

Also, the mortgage statements are issued yearly, and it takes a good six weeks to get an up-to-date statement. What is the time period an Entry Clearance Officer wants to see for a mortgage statement?

Thank you.

If you are evidencing accommodation, then no, your statement has no effect, unless they are going to repossess your property. UKVI are only interested in how much you earn, not what you do with your money, and in this case, that you actually own the property.
