More Moving Advice

Hi to all of you. I have been reading here for a few weeks to get info. You guys are extremely helpful. Long story short - my husband is searching diligently for a package in Dubai (wants to get back to middle east near his family). I will need to find a job but am waiting for him to secure something, go and make sure it is a city to his liking before moving all four of us from the states. He has sent his information to Teleport my job and they want $ to send to thousands of employers. Has anyone found this to be of a benefit, and if not, what do you find to be the fastest and most reliable recruiters?

I have a million more questions, but don't want to wear you guys out in one post so I will send a few at a time! Thanks so much.
